A product of Baltimore’s hustle and heart, rising rap sensation OfficialX is carving out his own space in the industry. OfficialX grew up surrounded by music and performance, and some of his most cherished childhood memories include rapping along to Nicki Minaj’s “Roman’s Revenge” in the back of his aunt’s gray Infiniti. Influenced by the likes of Minaj, Drake, and Usher, OfficialX prioritizes storytelling and versatility in his music, hoping each listener can find a lyric to relate to.

OfficialX’s dynamic and high-energy live performances have graced stages around Long Island and New York City. He opened for reggae musician Shaggy at Hofstra University’s 2024 Fall Festival, and in October 2023, made waves as the opening act for rappers CupcakKe and Ski Mask the Slump God at Hofstra Concerts’ Music Fest after winning the organization’s highly coveted ‘Battle for Music Fest.’ 

Standout OfficialX tracks “Stomp” and “Slick” were featured on Grammy U’s Monthly Member Playlists in 2023, and “Stomp” peaked at No. 6 on 104.5FM WRFU in October 2023, four months following its release. As anticipation builds for his debut album, OfficialX is preparing  to deliver a bold project that showcases a new chapter in his musical journey – solidifying his place as one of rap’s most exciting new voices.
