A&R

My greatest passion in music is talent discovery. There’s nothing better than the excited anticipation I feel when I discover a special track for the first time – except maybe seeing that music be experienced by others who resonate with it in the same way that I do. This passion drives my work in artist management, as well as my continued interest in A&R. I have experience on both creative and administrative sides; I worked on Unispan Records’ A&R and A&R Administration teams throughout my college career, and interned on Mom + Pop’s A&R team in 2022. I’m also constantly attending shows and discovering exciting new music both online and offline.
